The Bridger-Teton National Forest has completed the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for this project. The Draft EIS and more information are available on the project website at: https://www.fs.usda.gov/project/?project=60949. We invite you to review and comment on the Draft EIS. The designated comment period is December 1, 2023 through January 16, 2024. To submit comments, click here.
Please take a few moments and review the draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) regarding the Dell Creek and Forest Park feedgrounds from the Forest Service. It’s imperative that you comment in favor of keeping all the feedgrounds open. If the Forest Service closes the feedgrounds, this will be detrimental to elk hunting in our state and the outfitting industry. The comment deadline is January 16th. The next WYOGA Board of Directors meeting will be held on January 15th at Scott & Angie Denny’s Bunkhouse in Cheyenne. Time to be determined.
