The Wyoming Outdoors is completed, printed and ready to mail. 98,000 copies will be mailed the week of December 2nd to the non-residents who have 6 or more preference points for all big game animals. The remaining 2,000 copies are being mailed to the WYOGA office and Laurie will have available at Winter Retreat. We worked with the Game and Fish to build the mailing labels for us with all the addresses of the non-residents who purchased preference points for elk, deer, moose, sheep and antelope with 6 points or more. The mailing labels included 100% of the elk point holders (83,631) and then we layered on deer, antelope, moose and sheep to meet our mailing budget. Wyoming addresses, foreign addresses and Canadian addresses were also removed. Thank you to all the members who reserved display ads and yellow page listings. Without your support, this project would not be possible. We will have a publication report available at Winter Retreat.

The purpose of this important meeting is to discuss our plan moving forward regarding the NER step-down plan on the feeding of elk and bison. We encourage you to attend this important meeting and if you can’t please plan to attend the general membership meeting on Friday, December 6th from 10:00am-5:00pm at the Lander Community Center. This will be a major topic of discussion and your opinion is extremely valuable.
